The Platform team builds and maintains backend services including payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs. In this key role you will design, develop, and maintain robust APIs (public TTS API, internal Payment, Subscription, Auth, and Consumption Tracking) and ensure they meet scalability requirements. You will oversee the full backend API landscape, optimize performance and maintainability, and collaborate on B2B solutions to support enterprise clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience. Ideal candidates have proven backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js, direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and familiarity with AWS or Azure.
