Role and responsibilities: You will advise and accompany leaders as a HR sparring partner on strategic and operational HR topics—from recruiting to performance management and labor-law questions. You will support transformation projects and reorganizations from an HR perspective and help leaders successfully implement changes. You will oversee all HR activities within your client group and contribute to the development of employees and leaders across all hierarchies. You will analyze HR metrics, derive actionable recommendations, and support data-driven personnel decisions. You will develop HR projects, concepts, and processes and implement them together with relevant stakeholders. You will contribute ideas, continuously optimize HR systems and processes, and help the team achieve more.
