Propose evolution scenarios for the information system coherent with objectives and defined processes.
Ensure overall and dynamic coherence, relevance and performance of the Business Information System (BIS).
Contribute to optimizing business processes, data, applications and related systems (opportunity detection…).
Participate in performance management, including the economic performance of the information system.
Anticipate changes and their business impacts on the BIS, and vice versa.
Be responsible for managing the information technology budget for your domain.
Formalize, consolidate and evolve the general mapping of the information system using:
Functional models of the business;
Architectures of business processes;
Core reference data and common business data;
Functional architectures of the BIS (existing/target).
Participate in the administration of the information system in terms of references, rules, methodologies, business objects, and tools.
Assess the coherence of projects with respect to the information system (existing/target).
Consolidate gaps in terms of timelines, costs or quality.
Capture and share knowledge about the business information system: ensure project delivery quality and manage the mapp
