This is a hybrid role based in our Barcelona office. You will design and maintain internal tools, frameworks, and platforms that streamline testing across microservices, collaborate with DevOps and SRE to integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, and mentor engineers to promote a 'Quality First' mindset. You will advise on the testability of services, ensure scalability, and define company-wide quality standards beyond manual checks.

What you will bring: ownership mindset, strong coding fundamentals (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python), experience with distributed microservices, and Docker containerization. A GitOps/DevOps mindset and hands-on experience with ArgoCD or GitHub Actions are a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
