Flexco is seeking a Urethane Machine Operator and Technical Support professional for the 2nd shift at our Walker, Michigan facility in the United States. The selected candidate will operate urethane metering equipment and support the urethane process, including setting up tooling and fixtures for repeat machining and molding operations such as saws, shapers, and ovens; reading blueprints; and using precision measuring equipment. The role will also involve maintaining calibration, updating work instructions, and performing urethane secondary and conventional operations to meet quality and time standards. You will participate in continuous improvement efforts as required. Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and Friday 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. What you will need: High school diploma; 2+ years technical degree is a plus; ability to set up tooling and fixtures; read blueprints; basic computer skills; forklift license (must obtain). Physical requirements: lift up to 45 lbs, stand for long periods, push/pull up to 200 lbs, reach within 18 inches.
