Position Overview: As a Community Manager, you will lead daily community operations and serve as the main point of contact for residents. Responsibilities include rent collection, managing supplies and marketing materials, developing the team, and protecting company assets. You will make executive decisions to support financial performance and the overall safety and conditions of the community. You will communicate successes and challenges to your supervisor and team to align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budgeting, and asset protection - Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members; conduct regular meetings to support growth - Manage marketing, leasing, and turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy - Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, cities, municipalities, and counties - Plan and oversee community events to maintain a positive environment - Coordinate with residents on home deliveries, warranty follow-ups with manufacturers - Travel for meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested by management - Additional duties as assigned by management
