The Global Head of Talent role reports to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for shaping and delivering a global talent strategy spanning attraction, development, succession, performance and workforce capability to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent and drive organisational success through its people. You will partner with senior leaders to combine strategic talent management with practical operational delivery, design, facilitate and evaluate talent development initiatives, and lead a small global team across the UK and Australia to deliver measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include establishing talent practices and frameworks, identifying capability requirements, developing succession plans and career pathways, driving learning programmes, strengthening inclusive recruitment, leading the global talent team, managing budgets and partnerships, and using insight and analytics to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement. Requirements include senior experience in talent management or HR, leadership experience in a growing global SaaS/tech organisation, knowledge of talent acquisition, development, performance and workforce planning, the ability to translate business strategy into practical plans, stakeholder management, and CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
