The PM will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction across M&E projects from initiation through closing, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include daily communications, scheduling, task management for technicians, overseeing deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget with high customer satisfaction. As the primary client interface, the PM develops strong long-term relationships, manages expectations and communications, and leads coordination with Diversified teams, clients, and subcontractors; ensures timely and accurate project updates; monitors labor, equipment, and material budgets; provides technical and administrative support to the project team; maintains all project schedules; performs field verifications; coordinates drawings and documentation; and leads design reviews to document field conditions. The PM also coordinates system programming and final checkout, issues punch lists, contracts with contractors and trades when necessary, and tracks project status (cost, timing, staffing) to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction; ensures quality and continuous improvement; coordinates training and turnover of projects to clients, service departments, and sales.
