We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. In this role you will develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions; conduct inside sales activities including follow-up on incoming leads, quoting, and order processing; build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions; collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction; support customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and any account-related issues; and prepare and deliver effective solutions-driven sales materials.
