This role oversees the fulfillment department to ensure the finishing of printed materials meets quality, budget, and schedule requirements, while effectively managing multiple machines and a team. Responsibilities include production management to achieve goals and customer delivery deadlines within headcount constraints; quality control to verify projects meet testing standards and customer specifications; equipment oversight including setup, operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all fulfillment machinery; safety and compliance with PPE policies and procedures; accurate daily performance reporting for SAP reconciliation and downtime tracking; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements and implement standard operating procedures. Qualifications include 3–5 years of progressive experience in a printing or bindery environment; strong knowledge of bindery processes and equipment; proven leadership in supervising and motivating teams; excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy materials.
