Pregis is hiring a Division Controller for the Sussex, Wisconsin, United States location. The Division Controller is responsible for the overall management, direction, and integrity of the accounting and financial reporting function across the Business Unit, including robust balance sheet controls and a thorough understanding of the profit and loss statement. Key responsibilities include coordinating month-end close across all Business Unit facilities and product lines, developing internal controls, reconciling key balance sheet accounts, and delivering quarterly and annual accounting operations reviews with senior leadership. The role also leads cash management for the business unit, with indirect management of AR/AP analysts, and collaborates with the Director of AP/AR. You will build and maintain relationships with the Pregis accounting network to drive adoption of best practices, work with cross-functional partners on continuous improvement initiatives, and support annual external audits. Additional duties include staff development, ad hoc financial analysis, monitoring production order variances, and supporting the annual budget process. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA/CMA strongly preferred; 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting/finance in a manufacturing environment; strong GAAP knowledge; large-scale ERP experience required (SAP a plus); multi-site experience preferred; and strong MS Excel skills.
