Join Aon in Krakow as a Program Manager. You will lead strategic programs that support key business priorities and long-term goals, working across functions to align stakeholders, navigate complexity, and deliver programs that create meaningful business value. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both remotely and from our Krakow office. What you will do: - Lead complex programs and business transformation initiatives in a collaborative environment. - Build trusted relationships and bring together diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals. - Communicate clearly, facilitate discussions, and manage dependencies to drive momentum. - Support the successful delivery of program outcomes by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and enabling teams to achieve their objectives. - Provide regular updates on progress and business value to stakeholders. - Look for opportunities to simplify processes and improve ways of working; coach and develop project managers by sharing knowledge and best practices. What we look for: - Experience leading complex programs or strategic change in a collaborative environment. - Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. - Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on sustainable business outcomes. - Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Certifications are welcome but not required.
