Lakewood, Colorado-based Ludvik Electric Co. is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to lead projects from start-up to close-out in the $5M–$20M range. The Project Manager will adhere to contract documents including plans, specs, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates; coordinate project scheduling and communications; and manage data and material resources throughout the life of the project to achieve objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction. Responsibilities also include preparing subcontracts, the Jobsite Labor Manual, Shop Drawings and Layout Drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals; preparing monthly billings and submitting to clients on time. This role maintains a safe work environment and ensures that the project complies with OSHA and Ludvik safety standards and is considered safety sensitive. Candidates should have knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 70E, IBC and IFC; Newforma experience is highly preferred.
