Our client is transitioning to a centrally governed AI Center of Excellence (COE) to establish enterprise architecture standards and redesign high-value business workflows using AI-first principles, building production-ready, orchestrated multi-agent pipelines. A benchmark in this effort is an automated training-course generation workflow that orchestrated 16 AI roles under a single approval gate, reducing production cycles from 3 months to 2.5 weeks while optimizing token budgets. The COE intends to identify and execute 3–5 additional high-value use cases across departments over the next four to five months. Required capabilities include advanced AI fluency with experience in building complex prompt engineering schemas, custom agent workflows, and managing LLM performance—particularly within the Anthropic Claude ecosystem. You will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and specialized skills, using bespoke orchestration logic and CLI tools rather than relying solely on out-of-the-box frameworks.
