Arvato Systems Latvia is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Support Specialist for a fixed-term contract with potential for extension in Riga, Latvia. The role involves independently preparing quotations and processing orders for complex IT solutions, supporting our sales and account managers to generate additional business within existing customer environments, and assisting the internal bid team with multi-stage public bidding processes. You will manage the creation process within the framework of the offer, involve the necessary hierarchies and committees, and you will prepare presentations and reports while assisting with client correspondence. You will coordinate appointments and maintain customer data in MS Dynamics CRM and SAP.

Offer and benefits: Monthly gross salary EUR 1,700–EUR 2,900 depending on experience; hybrid work arrangement with access to a Riga office as needed; comprehensive health insurance including dental and sports coverage; 4 additional vacation days, birthday leave, and other family-friendly perks; opportunities for professional development with an annual training budget; a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
