You will work across two customer-facing teams, ensuring our web, mobile, APIs, and backend services are robust and performant. Initially the role focuses on hands-on manual and exploratory testing, with the opportunity to help grow automation capabilities over time. You will own quality for features from refinement through release, define testable acceptance criteria, and create clear test plans, test cases, and defect reports. You will use Postman and browser developer tools to investigate issues and support release decisions, and you will support production issues with your scrum teams. You will identify opportunities to automate high-value or regression-heavy scenarios and help evolve QA practices, tooling, and automation across the team. You will communicate quality risks and release readiness to stakeholders across engineering and product, and participate actively in agile ceremonies. The role is based in London, United Kingdom, operating on a hybrid model with onsite work about 50% of the time, subject to role requirements and regular review. Candidates should have strong experience with manual, exploratory, smoke, regression, and functional testing in agile environments; familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman; and an interest in automation with Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar. Experience with CI/CD, Jira/Confluence, BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm is a plus.
