ATLAS is the service company of Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG (DVAG). With around 1,200 employees nationwide, we bundle central services and specialized units for the distribution. About 300 colleagues work directly in regional sales support – close to financial advisors and clients. This combination of strong central capabilities and regional presence forms the basis for sustainable sales success, high professional quality, and collaborative partnership.
We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Life Insurance in the Cologne/Aachen region with hybrid work.
Responsibilities
Qualifications: What we offer:
- Support financial advisors in selling life insurance to private and corporate clients
- accompany consultations in complex cases
- Business development: develop and implement sales strategies in life insurance distribution
- Identify market potential in the corporate client segment
- Training & Coaching: provide professional qualification and sales training for financial advisors
- Conduct trainings and workshops
- Event management: plan and run sales events and client events
- Professional background: training as insurance clerk/agent, bank clerk, or studies in business administration/insurance; ideally further qualifications (e.g., specialist for insurance and finance)
- Personal: sales-minded with enthusiasm for insurance products; high self-motivation and execution strength; strong communication and confident demeanor
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
