Neo4j is the graph intelligence platform that turns data into knowledge to power the next generation of intelligent applications and AI systems. We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the Core Networking Engineering Team in Malmö, Sweden. This hybrid role primarily focuses on the Neo4j network server modules, with opportunities to contribute to drivers and their APIs as well as our binary protocol (Bolt). The drivers act as adapters between the network and client applications, while the server modules manage communications over HTTP and Bolt. Drawing on your deep understanding of networking concepts and binary protocols, you will influence the strategic direction of connectivity with Neo4j and the drivers in collaboration with product managers. You will lead the design of new features and improvements to the protocol and implement these designs in the server codebase. In addition to software development, you may contribute to community projects, write blog posts, and help with training and events.
