Verve is seeking an Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our employer branding and recruitment efforts in Ireland. This on-site role is based in Dublin and involves developing and executing the employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels, as well as managing Verve's presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms. You will collaborate with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders to create engaging branding content, plan internal initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and culture, and support internal communications campaigns that reinforce the employee value proposition (EVP). You will also plan and coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract high-quality talent, and track employer branding and recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
