This on-site position based in Karlsruhe, Germany, is for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation projects for clients within the Revalize portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define project scope and deliverables, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful project delivery from kickoff to closure. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, mitigating risks, and maintaining project documentation using tools such as OpenAir, Salesforce, and Jira; coordinating developers, engineers, business analysts, and consultants to meet milestones; and communicating status to clients and internal stakeholders. You will conduct regular client meetings to gather requirements, guide IT infrastructure planning, and manage expectations while upholding quality, best practices, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, at least 3 years of experience managing technical projects (preferably software implementations) with external clients, experience coordinating with multiple vendors, strong German written and verbal communication, and the ability to forecast and articulate the impact of project work on revenue. PMP or similar accreditation is highly desired, and SaaS implementation experience is preferred.
