This senior analyst will own and execute strategic programs across the Private Wealth client and advisor experiences, covering the full client and account lifecycle from onboarding through maintenance and reporting. Working with Wealth Advisor Teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will help design a reimagined platform that delivers future-state capabilities for clients and advisors. Responsibilities include journeys: ownership of Client and Advisor journeys across onboarding, maintenance, and reporting; create and maintain journey maps, process flows, SOPs, playbooks, and training materials; establish and track SLAs and KPIs; identify friction points and implement improvements to reduce handoffs, cycle times, and error rates. Operating model: analyze current operating practices and implement best-in-class processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction; overhaul and digitize client onboarding and onboarding experiences.
