Dott is seeking an Interim Project Manager, Operations for the Stuttgart region on a six-month fixed-term contract with on-site presence. The role requires fluency in English and German and focuses on leading an end-to-end operational efficiency project across a defined cluster of cities, including a review and restructuring of warehouses, logistics flows, cost structures, and third-party partnerships to drive sustainable efficiencies while maintaining service quality for riders. You will diagnose, plan, execute, and hand over the project, working closely with local operations teams, regional leadership, and cross-functional partners in Finance, People, and Commercial. Responsibilities include project leadership and delivery from diagnosis through execution and transition, defining a clear roadmap with milestones and risks, leading footprint optimization (consolidation of warehouses and sites), identifying efficiency levers, building the business case, and reporting progress to regional and senior leadership.
