Finova is seeking a proactive, highly organized Operational Finance Manager to own day-to-day finance operations and transactional processes. You will lead core functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, expenses, and tax compliance, while partnering with commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders to build robust internal controls, governance, and scalable processes.

Key responsibilities include: Procure-to-Pay (AP) management with accurate invoice processing, supplier payments, and onboarding/governance; Order-to-Cash (O2C) oversight of billing and collections to optimize cash conversion; payroll oversight with a third-party provider; managing corporate cards and expense reclaim processes; month-end reconciliations and control account reconciliations; and designing financial procedures and governance frameworks to support growth.
