We are seeking a Business Analyst to define, manage, and deliver digital product requirements that support business objectives and operational excellence in Manufacturing and Retail. The role sits at the intersection of product ownership, business analysis, and process optimization, guiding solutions from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include driving impact by shaping business needs, owning the product backlog and roadmap, leading discovery workshops, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes, translating requirements into structured user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure successful delivery. You will bridge business and IT, facilitate collaboration, support UAT cycles, drive adoption, and continuously improve applications and processes to deliver measurable value.
