IBA Dosimetry, the world’s leading provider of dosimetry systems for cancer therapy and diagnostic imaging, is hiring a Software and Hardware Test Engineer in Nuremberg-Schwarzenbruck. You will ensure that our software and hardware products meet the highest quality standards across the development lifecycle, contributing directly to patient safety. In this role you will design, create, and document manual and automated test cases for system and integration testing; develop test strategies and plans; perform functional, non-functional, integration, system, and regression testing; and drive continuous improvements to test automation and testing processes. You will collaborate with international project teams, communicate test progress and quality metrics to stakeholders, and help shape our products and processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; experience in software testing or test automation is beneficial but not required; strong interest in software quality and medical technology; programming familiarity; good German (B2) and English (C1); strong teamwork and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
