Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer in the Customer Satisfaction & Quality Department is responsible for implementing Quality Management across manufacturing processes to consistently meet Schneider Electric standards and customer expectations. The role drives continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes based on customer requirements, in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering (Methods & Time) Team and the R&D/Technical Antenna Team. It also involves defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address customer-reported issues and prevent their recurrence, identifying root causes through thorough analysis, and monitoring improvement plans. The engineer collaborates with the Service Team to ensure timely and effective customer support and works closely with the Product Development Team to ensure that new products and processes meet quality requirements from the earliest stages of development.
