The successful candidate will manage the company’s accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support financial operations. Responsibilities include reviewing, coding, and entering invoices; matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts; processing electronic payments; reconciling vendor statements; managing vendor files; processing employee expenses via Concur; performing monthly close activities for accounts payable; ensuring internal controls and supporting audits; identifying process improvements and implementing best practices. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, proven AP experience, proficiency with Oracle or D365 and Excel, strong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of the trading card industry is a plus.
