You will work in cross-functional, agile teams to deliver production-ready solutions integrated into enterprise environments, combining strong backend and cloud skills with cutting-edge AI capabilities. Responsibilities include designing and building AI applications with LLMs, developing scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run/Functions), integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI and Vertex AI) into enterprise systems, designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, applying prompt engineering to optimize model performance, and building and maintaining REST APIs and microservices. You will collaborate with data, backend, and business stakeholders and contribute to client-facing projects in a consulting environment. What we are looking for: 3–6 years of software development experience, strong hands-on Python, practical experience with Google Cloud Platform services, experience working with LLM APIs, understanding of prompt engineering and RAG architectures, and experience building REST APIs and microservices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a consulting setting are essential. Nice to have: experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex, knowledge of embeddings and vector search, exposure to MLOps/LLMOps on GCP, understanding of AI governance and security, and experience in banking or regulated environments.
