Playtech is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join its Marketplace Unit in Kyiv, Ukraine (onsite). You will participate in the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, system testing, troubleshooting, and support activities; analyze business and system requirements and translate them into comprehensive testing scenarios; design, create, and maintain test plans, test cases, test reports, and test automation initiatives; perform manual, regression, API, and integration testing of web-based applications and services; collaborate with developers, product owners, project managers, and QA colleagues to ensure product quality and successful releases; estimate testing efforts, identify project risks, monitor system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies; communicate effectively with Playtech teams across different countries and time zones. Requirements include 2+ years of testing web and mobile applications, strong understanding of software development lifecycle, experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger), REST APIs, HTTP, WebSockets, logging and monitoring, NoSQL databases, bug tracking and test management tools, Agile/Scrum, and fluent English. Extra points for experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, version control, gambling/gaming industry experience, higher education in IT, ISTQB or similar, and test automation frameworks.
