Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst (m/f/d) needed for our Business Intelligence & Analytics team at Bluecode, with the option to work from Innsbruck or Vienna or remotely within the EU, starting immediately. This is a combined role: most of your time will be spent on Analytics Engineering (designing and maintaining a modeled, tested, and documented data layer) and Data Analytics (translating data into insights and decision-making), with a bit of hands-on data engineering to keep pipelines running. Responsibilities: Analytics Engineering: design, build and maintain our transformation layer in dbt on BigQuery; well-structured, tested, and documented data models enabling Analytics, Data Science and self-service BI. Build and evolve the semantic/BI layer in Looker (LookML): reliable metrics and dashboards used across the company. Ensure end-to-end data quality—tests, documentation and continuous improvement across the stack. Data Analytics: analyze large datasets to reveal trends, patterns and anomalies driving product and business decisions. Define, implement and monitor KPIs across functions; support management with forecasts, scenario analyses and ad-hoc deep dives; clearly communicate insights to stakeholders. Measurement & Product Analytics: define and instrument event-tracking with Product and Engineering; translate questions into metrics from tracking plan to data model; create dashboards that enable decision-making.
