As a Product Owner (People Function) on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will work closely with People teams, Technology and business stakeholders to shape and optimise People processes while supporting the implementation of a new global HRIS platform. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, drive process standardisation, improve data quality and ensure a seamless employee experience across multiple countries.
