Role: The CAM serves as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation, executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi hematology products as directed by the Regional Sales Director. You will bring current clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products and clearly communicate their on-label clinical benefits to healthcare professionals. As a sales leader, you will drive territory sales by executing the Plan of Action, delivering branded messages to customers, representing Sobi at local meetings, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include representing Sobi’s products to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, developing a territory business plan, analyzing territory sales data weekly, and reporting activity in the call reporting system. You will also prepare territory budgets for customer contacts, local symposia, and other external expenditures, and coordinate travel within the territory (up to 40–50% in some cases).
