Responsibilities include analyzing IT functional and non-functional requirements in accordance with the applicable methodology and toolset, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure their concerns are captured in the requirements specification, providing input on low-level design issues and patterns, defining specifications for integration with other applications and technological components, and collaborating with the Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to design models using predefined requirements. Requirements include a university degree in IT or a related discipline with at least six years of IT experience; at least three years as a Business Analyst; at least two years of experience in Scrum or another agile framework; substantial experience in business and IT systems analysis and translating business needs into IT requirements; strong experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and modeling tools (Sparx EA); knowledge of Scrum; good knowledge of relational database systems; ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions and use model-based representations to manage complex information; experience in testing, technical documentation, training, deployment, evaluation and reporting; ability to provide training/coaching on analysis techniques; excellent command of English and Greek.
