SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our remote team from Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support via chat and phone for a global client base, addressing billing questions, product usage guidance, and technical issues. You will follow established service level agreements, explain platform features and policies, and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate internal teams. You will conduct research when information is missing and proactively seek solutions to ensure quick, accurate resolutions. A fluent English level (C1) and prior customer support experience are required, along with strong problem-solving skills, CRM experience, clear and empathetic communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A personal laptop (at least 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection are required. Nice-to-have: experience in copywriting, advertising, or marketing.
