You will own and optimize the referral journey, CRM campaigns, feature launches, and experimentation to drive acquisition, referral conversion, activation, engagement, and long-term player value. You will collaborate with Product, BI, Design, QA, Engineering, and Live Operations to deliver data-driven improvements across the referral experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive referral participation, acquisition, activation, engagement, and long-term value. Own and optimize referral journeys from onboarding and invitations to rewards fulfillment, re-engagement, and ongoing lifecycle communications.
