The role entails driving the account management strategy to grow customer profitability, acting as the primary representative for a large customer base, and advising on fuel needs, EV adoption, charging solutions, fuel types, and energy efficiency options. You will promote a consultative, full-service approach, identify opportunities to deepen loyalty, tailor communications to customer needs, and collaborate with the wider team to support Radius’ strategic objectives.
