This on-site Senior Project Manager position is based in Hale County, Texas, United States.

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects in accordance with scope, budget, and schedule requirements. This role involves managing projects, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client relations, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The PM serves as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee projects from proposal stage through initiation, execution, and closeout.
Manage day-to-day construction activities with the Construction Manager, including budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking; use KPIs to drive data-based decisions.
Develop and implement project work plans, define scope/objectives, and evaluation criteria.
Manage project schedules in Primavera; monitor procurement of materials, equipment, and labor.
Lead weekly meetings to discuss manpower and equipment needs; manage contracts, change orders, and subcontractors.
Identify and mitigate project risks; document an
