Overview: The Site HR Manager at The Marzetti Company is responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategy, serving as the champion of a positive, people-first culture, and acting as a consultant to management. The role interacts with employees to address and resolve matters and partners with corporate HR and business leaders to deliver value-added services. The Site HR Manager will lead a team of HR professionals and oversee their development and growth. This position reports to the Sr. HR Manager.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Partner with the designated business unit to understand priorities and contribute to strategy; coach leaders, align HR initiatives with business goals, and ensure the execution of the people strategy.
Design and implement HR solutions based on identified needs and drivers; proactively engage with employees to reinforce a positive culture; drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
Manage talent and organizational design, ensuring the right talent is in the right roles at the right time; develop and deliver training.
Provide operational HR support, including the rollout of HR solutions, stakeholder engagement, and scalability initiatives; guide performance management, compensation processes, and employee relations.
Oversee hourly recruiting, payroll reconciliation, and hourly training; collaborate with Legal on complex employee relations issues; support governance and compliance.
Support the business in implementing policies and procedures that meet business needs and ensure consistency across the site.
