About the role

Spiko is building treasury management infrastructure that enables businesses to access institutional-grade cash management via app or API. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own end-to-end recruitment across the business as we scale. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will act as a proactive headhunter, not just a process manager, and will build a sourcing engine and candidate experience capable of attracting top talent across engineering, product, and beyond in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities - Sourcing and headhunting: proactively identify and engage passive candidates; develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline; apply market mapping, targeted outreach, and keen candidate insights. - Hiring process & candidate experience: manage the full-cycle recruitment from calibration with hiring managers to offers; design structured interview processes that reflect Spiko's pace and standards; ensure an excellent candidate experience for all applicants. - Partnering with hiring managers & founders: collaborate on job descriptions, scorecards, and candidate profiles; provide market insights to inform decisions; act as a trusted advisor rather than an order-taker. - Process & continuous improvement: track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and sourcing channel performance; identify bottlenecks and implement scalable TA processes.

Who we're looking for - 4+ years in Talent Acquisition with genuine headhunting experience (direct sourcing, market mapping, cold outreach); not just inbound or agency recruitment - Proven track record
