The Role: Manage all aspects of the community in line with company goals and ownership, fostering a welcoming living environment for residents and a productive work culture for staff.

Key Responsibilities: - Resident Relations and Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience for the entire resident lifecycle, from move-in to move-out; act as advocate for residents by communicating concerns to senior leadership; coordinate services and respond promptly to complaints. - Fiduciary: Monitor the community budget, drive financial performance through marketing and leasing, manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals; work toward 0% rent delinquency; prepare monthly reports and the annual operating budget with Regional Manager; coordinate subsidy vouchers when applicable. - Staff Leadership: Lead onsite operations, manage vendor relationships and contractors, supervise scheduling and performance, provide coaching and development, promote teamwork and accountability; ensure clear communication with residents, teams, owners, and community partners. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations; manage housing compliance and address violations. - Physical Demands: This role is essential staff; be prepared for travel within the region as needed; maintain safety and business protocols.
