Paperless Parts is seeking a Product Designer to help evolve its SaaS platform for manufacturers. This on-site role in Boston, Massachusetts, United States requires eligibility to work under US export control laws and US citizenship or a green card. You will lead design execution across key areas of the product, prototype from high-fidelity mockups to real front-end implementations, and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to translate ambiguous customer problems into intuitive, production-ready solutions. You will strengthen collaboration between Design and Engineering, and design with intention for AI- and data-driven features, balancing power, clarity, and trust. You will participate in user discovery with job shops, manufacturers, and buyers to ensure solutions address real workflows, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. You will also partner with Marketing on content design for blog posts, website, case studies, and campaigns. Requirements include 4+ years in Product Design or related roles, a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work and systems thinking, and proficiency with modern front-end frameworks. Experience with design systems and SaaS is preferred; experience in AI/data-driven workflows is a plus. Our culture emphasizes intentionality, persistence, and teamwork. We offer full benefits, competitive salary with stock options, unlimited PTO, 13+ holidays, wellness stipends, and 401(k). The Boston office serves as the headquarters and a hub for collaboration with remote teams.
