The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Amersfoort, Netherlands, and focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience for junior hires and interns across Europe. This fixed-term position reports to the European Early Careers Manager and supports identifying Arcadis’ future workforce while aligning with business needs across engineering, project management, consulting, and environmental sectors. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers and key stakeholders in the NL and European business, providing regular updates on recruitment channels and market data, managing multiple channels for graduates and interns, screening applications, maintaining the ATS, and conducting reasonable adjustment screenings and feedback conversations after interviews. You will maintain and improve candidate data throughout the process, using data-driven insights to inform future events and campus-hiring strategy. You will support the attraction of Early Careers roles via university postings, LinkedIn, events, and building a network of academic contacts for hard-to-fill roles.
