Overview: The Program Manager serves as the overall manager and single point of contact for all Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities supporting the government on the contract. This role provides strategic leadership, program oversight, and operational direction to ensure successful execution of all contractual requirements across multiple projects and workstreams. The Program Manager coordinates contractor-to-contractor efforts and maintains proactive communication with Government stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all A&A activities.
Lead large, complex programs and direct multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and mission objectives.
Manage program risks, interdependencies, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall performance.
Ensure integration among A&A work units, subcontractors, and supporting contractors.
Develop and maintain relationships with Government leadership; serve as the senior interface with customer stakeholders.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, technical leads, and program support personnel.
Manage geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations; foster collaboration, accountability, and delivery of program objectives.
Oversee contract personnel supporting operations at multiple sites.
