Quantum Surgical is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to join a creative, multidisciplinary team in Montpellier to help design a new generation of tools guiding minimally invasive medical interventions. Based in Montpellier, you will interact directly with users using UX research methods (observation, interviews, concept testing) to determine user needs, context of use, and user behavior. You will communicate research insights, design concepts, and detailed design specifications to Systems and Software teams, and create and maintain design specifications (user flows, prototypes, UI specs) for internal partners. You will build and maintain a reusable design library and ensure consistent implementation of UI patterns, and document and maintain UI style guides and guidelines throughout implementation. You will review UI implementations with Systems and Software teams. Requirements include a Master’s degree in engineering or sciences or equivalent, 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience on complex systems, proven experience delivering end-to-end user journeys, proficiency with Design Thinking (UX Research, UX Design, Usability Testing), strong interview skills, proficiency with design tools (Figma), and professional English. You should be able to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and show excellent organization and teamwork.
