Join N26 as a Senior Product Manager in the Customer Identity team, focusing on onboarding and identity verification (KYC) to deliver secure, reliable, and frictionless experiences for N26 users globally. You will work in a cross-functional squad with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists, and collaborate with various bank areas to launch new and existing products.
What you’ll do: - Lead strategic discussions and shape product designs in the customer identity space. - Create and execute product roadmaps with an outcomes and KPIs mindset. - Ensure smooth product rollouts by coordinating with local market teams, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering. - Support customer onboarding and onboarding verification initiatives, and participate in new product launches and expansion plans. - Define team goals with stakeholders across N26 and drive delivery. - Run discoveries to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the onboarding experience. - Collaborate with business teams, other product managers, designers, and engineers to improve the onboarding experience for customer identity verification (KYC) across multiple markets and verification options. - Work with external partners to ensure a frictionless customer experience through seamless integration and customization for N26 needs. - Stay up-to-date with market trends through external partners and internal teams.
What you need to be successful: - At least 5 years of product management experience. - Proven experience managing high-volume B2C onboarding funnels and a track record in KYC
