Regional Account Executive – Pharmacy
Overview: Under the general direction of the Vice President of Corporate Accounts, the Regional Account Executive will drive the sale of PruittHealth Pharmacy and related services to prospects in the assigned territory to meet or exceed individual targets. The role also supports retention of existing customers. While prior long-term care sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Partner with the Vice President of Sales and Area Vice President of Pharmacy Operations to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities and achieve annual goals.
- Identify opportunities via sales calls, referrals, trade shows, and marketing reports; communicate with nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and behavioral health providers to assess market needs.
- Develop strategic territory plans, execute them effectively, and target high-potential customers.
- Finalize contracting and coordinate startup of new accounts, transitioning services to pharmacy operations upon receiving a commitment.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales, Area Vice President, Pharmacy Managers, and Account Management to maintain and strengthen customer relationships through ongoing support.
- Generate leads by coordinating with pharmacy team members.
- Complete sales reporting and other administrative tasks in a timely, accurate manner.
