Summary: The Trauma Systems Program Manager provides project and program management support to develop and sustain several key ACS Committee on Trauma (COT) Program Areas. The Program Manager provides day-to-day leadership and coordination for multiple Trauma Systems Program Areas, with a primary focus on advancing Rural Trauma initiatives while supporting Injury Prevention, Trauma Systems Consultation, and Advocacy programs. Working with multidisciplinary teams, this role plans, implements, and sustains strategic initiatives that strengthen trauma systems and improve patient outcomes. The Program Manager coordinates program operations, facilitates workgroup activities, collaborates on educational resources and tools, and ensures effective communication among a broad network of stakeholders.
