Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients' plant hire needs, coordinating equipment delivery and collection, planning movements, and ensuring the correct equipment is supplied to sites; liaising with clients to understand requirements and provide timely quotations; working with the Operations team to manage equipment availability and allocation and ensuring all equipment is inspected and maintained to required standards; preparing delivery notes, safety certificates, and purchase orders; proactively resolving issues during the hire period; providing regular reports on operations and performance; staying up-to-date with industry regulations and health and safety requirements; maintaining client and equipment records; coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation with the Operations team; and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
