The successful candidate will oversee bench testing of large molecules using ELISA, MCE, and ICIEF assays, maintain laboratory supplies and reagents, ensure good documentation practices (GDP) for all records, and manage data using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The role includes peer review of procedures and data, coordination with data reviewers and client teams, and documentation of activities in logbooks and electronic systems. Leadership responsibilities include personnel management and development, coordinating the team's workload, cross-training and capacity planning, monitoring productivity and quality metrics, and participating in hiring and onboarding. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, first shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm), with overtime as required. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), at least 3 years of cGMP experience, 3 years of leadership experience, experience with immunoassays and electrophoresis, experience processing quantitative data, and proficiency with LIMS. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
