This role supports senior accounting management by providing financial reports, analyses, and other financial research, documents, and artifacts as needed. Your Impact Essential functions include: Prepare the tie-out binder for the Form 10-Q and Form 10-K; prepare quarterly and annual task lists; prepare quarterly and annual GAAP and SEC compliance checklists; review segment-level financial analyses and prepare quarterly consolidated fluctuation analyses; prepare monthly and quarterly summaries for the CFO and Board of Directors; prepare region-level analyses for field RVP and senior management; design financial spreadsheets and provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses; perform regular analysis on general ledger accounts and transactions; assist with/coordinate the preparation of quarterly (Form 10-Q) and annual reports (Form 10-K) filed with the SEC and quarterly earnings releases; assist with the preparation of schedules, analyses, and other documents to support amounts disclosed in the financial statements, MD&A, and related sections of Forms 10-Q and 10-K; assist with annual budget preparation and monthly budget vs actual analyses; assist with internal and external audits; assist with special projects and other ad hoc requests.
